Hi, I'm Coach Tate Odell, MS, BS
CPT, CSCS, NASM, FMS
For the past 15 years, I’ve been deeply committed to helping people make meaningful, lasting improvements in their health and well-being. My coaching focus is to create a motivating yet supportive environment where you can pursue your goals with confidence and without judgment. I truly enjoy guiding individuals as they build habits and make changes that feel authentic to themselves. Our coaching relationship goes beyond workouts and nutrition plans. We focus on tuning into your inner monologue and self-talk that shape your daily habits into choices that build sustainable change from the inside out.
Your coaching experience is informed by a range of professional settings, including work in an outpatient physical therapy clinic, training Division I athletes, leading private and group fitness sessions, and five years of remote fitness coaching.
I bring a strong commitment to continuing education with seven fitness certifications anchored by a Blended Master’s degree in Fitness and Wellness Leadership & Athletic Training, and a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science
